  • We will always try to find the most reliable and cost-effective shipping option for your order.
  • Free road shipping on orders above AED 3799 (dynamic rates)
  • Flat shipping fee of AED 499 for orders below AED 3799 (dynamic rates)
  • Estimated delivery: 1–14 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders shipped via TNT and FedEx
  • Tracking numbers provided when available

  • Shipping available only to: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.
  • For GCC shipments, Petkit Global covers shipping costs on orders above AED 4999.
  • Import taxes, customs duties, or other surcharges are the responsibility of the recipient.
